M4 app gives your technicians access to their schedules, job information and directions to their next job, anytime and from compatible mobile devices.

Our support offering includes online helpdesk, email support and chat which is included in all M4 subscription plans.

You can submit your feature request via our helpdesk system or during a consultancy session.

If the request is a wish-list, we will consider adding it based on the value it adds to overall users, complexity and the resources available to us.

However, if the request is a must-have and it needs to be added within certain time frame, this will fall under Professional Service and a separate quote will be issued for your confirmation.

If you sign up for the monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. If you sign up for an annual subscription, you are billed for the entire year at the start of your subscription.

There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds unused periods.

Please fill in the trial request form and upon initial assessment, we will offer you a 14 days trial access to M4 starter features.

When you’re nearing the end of your trial we’ll send you a reminder to enter your billing details to continue for the service. If your account does expire before you enter your billing information don’t worry, nothing will be deleted. You can contact us for billing and continue using the software.

You can upgrade your plan at any time. You can downgrade your plan at the end of your current billing cycle—month-to-month or annual. Submit a ticket in our support helpdesk to change plans.

M4 is web-based, all you need is an internet connection to access the software. You can use M4 through any compliant web browser, including Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and more.

M4 servicing app also supports most major smartphone and tablet devices that runs on Android. Refer to Device Compatibility page for details.

M4 is designed to be easy-to-use. Having said that, there will always some learning curve with any new software, our package usually comes with training and you’ll also receive videos and user guide so your team can learn and improve based on their pace.

M4 supports English language and Asian languages with currencies as system settings. You can also submit your translation for us to further improve on, as they tend to differ across industries.

Your data is backed up daily and backups are encrypted. The data-centers facility that your data is stored in is also physically and network secure.

Communication to our servers are encrypted via TLS 1.2 and 1.3 protocol (A-rated by SSL Labs).
During logins, passwords are hashed using SHA256 before sending to server which does not reveal actual password.

You can specify roles for each users with login access to your M4 account, so that they only have access to view, create and modify information you authorised them for.

You can import your existing customers as a Excel file. Refer to the Importing & Exporting guides for more information.

This requires a capacity planning on how many  transactions on monthly basis. And each transactions on average how many files and its sizes.

For photos taken in M4 App, the files are resized and compressed to average of 100KB per photo, compared to 4MB on modern phones.

Additional storage is available at affordable price, while the feature of data retention control is on the pipeline which reduces the storage needed by cleaning up older documents over certain timeframe.

M4 is our mainstream product which we do not see this being retire for a long time to come.
